We are a new record label in the Northeast of England, comprising singer-songwriters and friends playing folk music at a slight tangent. The label began with the proposal that each of us produce an album of ten original songs. These were recorded at the individual's home using a simple lapel-type microphone straight to minidisc. We are interested in a DIY home-recording ethic and value creativity and imagination before technical ability or high-production. Generally our music is gentle and contemplative.
